CAPACITY: 300 people
BOOKING COST:
$1500.00 (6 hours for event) set up not included in 6 hours (set up 2 hours prior to start). Deposit must be paid to hold a date (minimum $500.00) deposit is not refundable within 30 days        of event.  No deposit no date You may reschedule your event within 30 days of event.
DECORATIONS:
White table clothes and seat covers come with room: (you may change them at your own expense and must replace them or pay to have them replaced $75.00). All decorations must be removed after event is over. Extra set up time $150 for 2 extra hours or more. (One 1 1/2 rehearsal time is free if available)

SOUND SYSTEM RENTAL:
$100.00
BARTENDER:
$75.00 for 6 hours
SECURITY:
$100.00 (One guard for every 100 guest cost per guard for 5 hours)
FOOD SERVICE:
Use of kitchen for food set up is Free (no cooking just prep for serving)​
Free Ice provided, outside food, water and sodas are allowed.​

BAR SERVICE: No outside alcohol allowed​. Regular beer prices are $3.00 domestic (Bud, Bud light, MGD etc.).  $4.00 import (Corona, Heineken etc). Prepaid prices are $2.00 Domestic and $3.00 import must be paid before event starts. A deposit can be paid in advance to pay for drinks, once that amount is used guest pay regular price.​
